This short two-part story is set four years after the ending of Chimera and six months before the events of Ripples, though it's been in the works for a good couple of years, ever since I heard the lyrics of Linkin Park's My December and thought them very apt for Cougar Redfern.

Summary: Of mistletoe and poisoned promises; and ultimately, of course, about love.
